Can I return the packaging I have ordered?
Unfortunately no. Your packaging product has been created using your custom choices so for this reason, we can't offer returns. If you would like to speak with our team about an issue with your order, contact us.
Can I make changes to my order and packaging design?
If you haven't yet paid for your order, you can still make changes in your account. If you've already made a payment, contact our support team to check how far along your order is and whether changes can be made. You can view your order details in your account.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order has been sent to production, then unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled.
