FAQs
We aim to provide a quote within two working days. Please note that depending on the information you submit, we may need some extra information before we can send you a quote - please provide as much information as possible for faster turnaround.
If you have an existing design file, the next step is sampling. Our manufacturers will provide a quote for your samples, and if you approve, they’ll be produced and sent to you for review. If you’re happy with them, we’ll then move into production.
If you don’t have an existing design file, one of our in-house designers will help you create a file. To do this, we will need physical samples or a 3D model of the items the inserts will hold. Once you’ve approved the design file we will send it to our manufacturer for a final quote, for both samples and your final order. If you approve, your samples will be produced and sent to you for review. If you’re happy with them, we’ll then move into production.
As sugarcane inserts are made bespoke, we always recommend sampling before production. Samples can be produced once your design file is approved. Sample fees will vary based on the design of the insert. The lead time for samples is 15 days plus transit time.
Yes, but your quote will be a best estimate. If you’re happy with your quote, you can then work with our in-house design team to create a bespoke insert.
Sugarcane box inserts are commonly used to protect, secure and showcase products within a mailer box. Sugarcane box inserts can be die-cut to fit multiple products and components, and branded with artwork, logos, instructions and more.
