Can I choose pallet sizes?
Pallets may be custom sized but must remain less than 100x120cm with a maximum height of 220cm. They will have two fork pathways on each side of the pallet for unloading.
What equipment is needed to receive and unload a delivery?
You'll need a forklift to unload your delivery and you'll have one hour to unload the pallets upon arrival. If you need longer to unload, then there may be additional fees charged as pass-through costs.
How do I report over, short and damages (OS&D)?
If there are obvious damages to your order, please reject the delivery and get in touch with our team. For any other OS&D issues, please email uklogistics@sourceful.com within five days of delivery.
