How many revisions are included?
Two revisions are free. Usually 0 or 1 revisions are needed and are mostly around angles and scene construction.
When does the 72hr start?
The timer starts once we've received all required files and instructions for the job. Usually within an hour of receiving your brief.
How will we communicate during the project?
We'll email you if anything is unclear or missing, and we’ll deliver the finished files via email as well.
How is this different to using an AI tool?
We use AI differently to others. The actual packaging and products are rendered using 3D experts not AI models. The AI is used for scene creation and blending, and then we use 3D raytracing (the same tech from movies) to render the final image with shadows, reflections, transparency, and more.
How do you provide this so cost effectively?
We focus on consumer packaging and products, which means our 3D team can reuse a library of existing formats to adapt them to your exact sizes and shapes much quicker than starting from scratch. Because there is no actual cameras or sets being constructed, we can also keep costs down and pass the savings on to you.
Will you show my design in your portfolio?
We may feature anonymised versions of completed work unless you ask us not to. Just let us know if you prefer to keep it private.
